Terms & ConditionsPlease note that any offer codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Codes/discounts cannot be used when booking via the Fresha app - please telephone. A Booking Fee is required for treatments of £10 or more. Booking Fees start from £15.00 which can be paid at the time of booking via Paypal, Bank Transfer or cash. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment I will need 48 hours or you will lose your Booking Fee. If you fail to come in 48hrs before your treatment for a patch test you will be charged full price for the treatment as I will be unable to do it. Booking fees will be deducted from your total appointment bill when paying. All booking fees are non-refundable if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or fail to attend your appointment you will lose your booking fee. Booking fees may be refunded or transferred if re-scheduling your appointment before the 24 hour cancellation period. (All treatments have a booking time stated but this includes change time and consultation).

Cancellation PolicyCancellations or amendments including cancelling part of a treatment with less than 24 hours notice or unattended appointments will result in the loss of your booking fee. I completely understand that things can happen at the last minute and can assure you that I will be sympathetic in certain circumstances and keep cancellation fees as minimal as possible. Please be kind enough to provide me with 48 hours notice for cancelling or rescheduling appointments. Failure to show for your appointment will result in full payment being taken. Full payment will also be required for future bookings - this fee will vary depending on time and value of treatment booked. More than 2 missed appointments may result in refusal of future bookings and treatments without payment upfront at time of booking. If you are running late please be kind enough to notify me so I can plan your treatment accordingly. This may involve decreasing treatment time or rearranging to a different time on the same day if availability to do so to avoid unnecessary cancellation fees. If treatment time is cut short or you no longer require all of the treatments you originally booked in you will still be charged the full amount. Regrettably, I have had to put these measures in place due to an increase in failures to show and notice periods for appointments. The salon is a space for you to relax and de-stress, I would therefore appreciate that mobile phones are switched off. Due to Covid regulations at the moment, I ask that no children or friends accompany you unless absolutely necessary. Thank you for your co-operation and understanding

COVID-19 PolicyA Risk Assessment has been carried out in the salon to ensure your safety. All hand washing, sanitising and cleaning procedures are in place. This includes the sanitisation in between clients visiting the salon. Please bring minimal items into the salon and leave valuables at home. Please provide a mask (masks are available to purchase if required). Please avoid the use of your mobile phone during your appointment. If you have any symptoms of a a headache, sore throat, continuous cough, temperature or a runny nose please inform the salon and re-arrange your appointment. The salon is by appointment only. Please arrive to the appointment alone - at this moment I am unable to have friends, children etc accompany you to the salon. All patch tests will be required for HD Brows, HD Sculpt, LVL or Lashbomb at least 48 hours before your appointment if - 1) you have had Coronavirus since your last brow or lash treatment 2) you have had your Covid-19 vaccination 3) it has been over 6 months since your last treatment.
