Cancellation Policy

Our policy regarding appointment cancellations and rescheduling

Notice Period

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to offer the appointment time to other clients who may be waiting.

Booking Fees

A booking fee is required for treatments of £20 or more:

  • Booking fees start from £10.00
  • Can be paid via PayPal, bank transfer, or cash
  • Will be deducted from your total appointment cost
  • Non-refundable if cancelled with less than 48 hours notice

Late Arrivals

If you are running late:

  • Please notify us as soon as possible
  • Treatment time may need to be reduced
  • Full treatment cost will still apply
  • We may need to reschedule if arrival is too late

Missed Appointments

For missed appointments (no-shows):

  • Full payment will be required
  • Booking fee will be forfeited
  • Future bookings may require payment in advance
  • Multiple no-shows may result in booking restrictions

Special Circumstances

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. In such cases:

  • Contact us as soon as possible
  • Each case will be considered individually
  • Documentation may be required
  • We will try to be as accommodating as possible

This cancellation policy is in place to ensure we can provide the best possible service to all our clients. Thank you for your understanding.
